All the people that work there are very nice. It is an outstanding environment.

I have been going to Richter Orthodontics about 2-ish years now. They are really friendly! They have a Unique Rewards system! They are called Richter Bucks! You receive Richter bucks for when you do good brushing and taking care of your braces! When you have earned enough Richter bucks you get cool prizes like GIFT CARDS! The only issue I have had is that I didn't brake off a bracket but they have twice. They do provide comfort items for those who feel like then a little comfort while they work on your Braces.

It's awesome they make it so comfortable except when you first get them on but when they are tightened

My son had an appointment yesterday and Dr. Richter was so friendly he always makes you feel so welcome when you are there!! Best place ever!!
